| Stephen C. Feinstein Stephen Feinstein is Emeritus Professor of History at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls where he taught history and art history since l969. Feinstein is now Director of the Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Feinstein received his Ph.d from New York University in Russian History. Recently, he was the guest curator for a 5,000 square foot traveling exhibition, Witness and Legacy: Contemporary Art About the Holocaust, at the Minnesota Museum of American Art. He was also curator of the exhibition, Absence/Presence: The Artistic memory of the Holocaust and Genocide at the Katherine E. Nash Gallery at the University of Minnsota, January-March, 1999. Feinstein is currently in the process of writing a book, Indelible Images: Artistic Responses to the Holocaust. |
